Embedded supply

The platform OEM buys the qualified kit from A113 and integrates it on the production line, then sells the complete vehicle.

Best for volume programs at rate

Parallel supply

The OEM sells the platform. A113 contracts directly with the end customer for the mission kit under a separate instrument.

Best for retrofit, upgrade, and sustainment

A113 as prime

A113 holds the contract and subcontracts the platform OEM and subsystem suppliers. Small business and veteran-owned set-asides available.

Best for government prototype and development work

Commercial structure in all three: development is funded by the customer; the qualified configuration is licensed per unit; mission software is licensed annually. A113 background IP is never transferred.

Every change validated in a representative environment before it touches a fielded or production system.

Configuration control

Nothing undocumented ships

If it is not in the ICD, it is not in the configuration. Integration that cannot be audited cannot be sustained.

Fixed price, gated

Each phase priced and accepted independently. No open-ended time and materials on integration work.
